Strength and Conditioning Classes Timetable

We offer a range of classes to develop strength and conditioning that can be targeted at all walks of life and fitness abilities. Please read specific information on each class in the Strength and Conditioning Classes section.

CrossFit Classes run for an hour in duration and are generally made up of a warm up (10min), strength or skill training (10-20min) and a conditioning component (5-20min). The end of class is spent either reflecting on the session and/or stretching and working on mobility. All new members are required to complete 3x30min introductory sessions before starting classes. We program for 3 different levels in classes; beginner/intermediate/advanced. Currently there is no formal selection criteria other than advanced athletes been selected and offered a place in our competition squad. The competition squad members are the only athletes allowed to follow the advanced program.

Kettlebell Classes Mid-week we offer two 30 minute kettlebell classes and a 1 hour class on Saturday mornings. The entire class is based around kettlebell movements. Its great for any level, especially beginners and is great for getting in a tough workout as thats guaranteed every session.

Open Gym- Open Gym gives members a chance to work on anything of their choice in the gym while under the careful guidance of our coaches who are there to give you advice and coaching.
