In our Kettle Bell classes you will be taught various skills and movements that will help you develop endurance, strength, flexibility, power, accuracy, balance and coordination.
Kettle bells are a great way to help you become in sync with your body as they demand a great deal of control which forces every muscle in your body to come alive and get to work!
This results in a great way to get in shape and get your body strong and mobile.
You will learn a variety of movements in the classes which run for 1 hour and will also use these movements in high intensity workouts. Some of the movements include Turkish get-ups, swings, presses, cleans, squats and snatches just to name a few.
Learning and becoming competent in these movements will help athletic performance in CrossFit and all other sports.
