WOD A

21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlift 100kg/80kg
Overhead squat 60kg/40kg

WOD B

21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlift 80kg/60kg
Overhead squat 40kg/20kg

WOD C

21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlift 60kg/40kg
Overhead squat 20kg/15kg

    Good job to everyone who came and had a good go at this tough WOD! OHS really is a tough one to master, but good to see everyone’s technique improving. Awesome job to Rhys who came in tonight by himself and pushed through WOD B. Great determination from everyone today which we love to see!
