    Great class this morning, everyone did so well with Limited failed rounds, remember this is where we learn about moving weight and the types of workouts we do! If you failed more than a couple really consider the weight for next time, if you found it easy, push for more next time, this is really where the diary is vital for you to look back on. Great energy in the gym. Remember 1RM testing tomorrow for everyone…BOOM!!!!
