    Great start to a Monday to see a big class well done to everyone for getting through all of this workout. Anthony, look after that leg, might compare bruises tomorrow….lol lots of ice. Starting to see real improvements in the Snatch O lifting, keep it up. Remember that back foot in the Jerk, really important to practice that landing and keep it all inline. Keep up the gr8 work guys. :)
